What is Vehicle Warranty Insurance? Warranty Insurance is an extension to a car warranty. Typically new cars come with a three year warranty that covers the cost of any repairs that may need to be made during the warranty period. Adding Young Drivers To Policies

I have added a younger driver to one of our family car insurance policies – why has it hiked up the premium? If there is more than one vehicle in the family or the proposer has access to another vehicle, such as a company car the Insurer will assume that the young driver will be the main driver of the vehicle. As such will rate the premium on the young drivers age and driving experience.

Declaring Motoring Convictions

How long after it has happened do I have to declare a motoring conviction on my car insurance? If you have sustained a motoring conviction after the inception or renewal of your policy then you do not need to disclose this conviction until the renewal date of the policy.
