Motorhomes And Camper Vans

What is the difference between a motor home and a camper van? When applying for motor insurance it is useful to know that insurers class a motor home as a vehicle with self-contained living quarters and there is normally a divide between the cab and the living area behind. A camper van is a vehicle that provides transport and sleeping accommodation and generally there is no divide between the two.
